Each package contains 1 uncured smoked ham steak just over 1 pound. It is approx 1/2” thick. It is smoked and uncured, meaning no added nitrates (only those naturally occurring in celery). Fry it up in a pan of bacon grease or lard and enjoy it for breakfast, cube it up for soups or use it on top of pizza. It is delicious and one of our favorite cuts!
